Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases of website templates (“templates”) and to the multilingual website service (“the service”) offered on folionine.com by Folio Nine (“we”, “us”).

1. Templates

• A template is a set of digital files: source code, documentation and sample content.
• After payment you receive a download link. The use you may make of the files is set out in the licence.
• Prices are shown on each template page. Payment is processed by our checkout provider, which may act as the merchant of record and add taxes that apply in your country.

2. The service

• You send a request through the form. We reply with a quote: price, scope and delivery date.
• Work starts when you accept the quote and pay. The 72-hour delivery time counts from that moment, for the scope stated in the quote.
• You confirm that you have the right to the website and texts you send us.
• The delivery includes one round of corrections. Further changes are quoted separately.

3. Refund policy

Templates are digital goods. If a template is not as described, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the price (or, if you prefer, fix the problem). For the service, if we cannot deliver on the agreed date, you may cancel and get a full refund.

4. Liability

Templates and deliveries are provided as described on our pages. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or lost data. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one published on the day of the order.
